Vinyasa
Vinyasa means “to place in a special way”, or to link. Link breath with movement to deepen awareness of the body and calm the mind. Focusing on the simple act of breathing, we learn to quiet the chatter of the mind. Linking poses together, we strengthen and invigorate the body. Each class is unique, including some of the following; sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, backbends, binds, forward folds, balance poses and core work, all designed to create heat in the body to prepare for deep stretches and total relaxation. With attention to proper form and alignment, I offer modifications and adjustments to support students of all levels. Purify your body and calm your mind in this fun and invigorating class.

Yoga for Flexibility

This unique class, open to all levels, is specifically designed to increase flexibility safely. We begin by focusing on the breath. Slowly we begin to move and build heat, preparing us to stretch and increase flexibility. With attention to proper form and alignment, we stretch safely avoiding over stretching or straining. No matter what your current level of flexibility, you can benefit from this class. Feel the benefits of releasing tightness and stress that you have held onto for years!

Beginning Hatha
This 6 week class is for all beginners and anyone wishing to deepen their foundational knowledge of Hatha Yoga. Each six week class will help you to develop a safe understanding of basic yoga postures, their benefits and help you build confidence to move to the next level! Hatha
We will explore all classes of yoga poses including standing poses, backbends, balance poses, inversion, seated poses, twists, forward folds and restorative poses. Learn to make modifications and adjustments to support your body. Build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance and end in total relaxation.
